5 Arches route to open linking Radstock and Midsomer Norton

New Trees for London Road

Taken from Bath Chronicle 13/09/2011:

New trees have been planted along London Road to help improve the look of the gateway to Bath.

Bath and North East Somerset Council and Somer Community Housing Trust worked together to provide eight new trees between Thomas Street and Snow Hill.

The white stemmed birch trees have been planted in outsize containers rather than underground to avoid utility piping.
